We are a highly respected, well-established Endodontic practice seeking an experienced Insurance & Front Desk Coordinator who understands dental insurance, is confident discussing finances, and takes ownership of their role.

This position combines insurance coordination, financial presentation, scheduling, and front desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance & Financial Coordination

Verify and correctly attach insurance to patient accounts
Re-verify insurance 2–3 days before appointments (confirm active status and remaining maximum)
Document verification details and update alerts in patient records
Accurately estimate patient portions
Call patients in advance to review out-of-pocket costs
Submit insurance claims with x-rays and required attachments
Follow up on outstanding or denied claims

Daily Operations

Prepare next-day treatment plans and consent forms
Ensure patients know their financial responsibility at least 2 weeks before treatment
Check patients in and out
Present treatment plans confidently
Post procedures correctly to ledger (proper provider and codes)
Collect payments at time of service
Schedule next appointments
Monitor schedule and help fill openings
Make post-op courtesy calls
Answer multi-line phones professionally

Qualifications

1+ years dental front desk or insurance experience
Strong PPO insurance knowledge
Experience estimating patient portions
Comfortable discussing finances and collecting payments
Highly organized and detail-oriented
