An established orthodontic practice is seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in orthodontic treatment coordination. This role requires a professional who can effectively oversee office operations while playing a significant role in consultation management, treatment acceptance, and financial coordination.

The successful candidate will possess extensive orthodontic experience and a demonstrated ability to present treatment recommendations, discuss financial arrangements, and support practice growth through effective patient communication and follow-up.

Primary Responsibilities:

Treatment Coordination

Manage and oversee the new patient consultation process
Present treatment recommendations as prescribed by the orthodontist
Review fees, financing options, and insurance benefits with patients and families
Facilitate informed treatment decisions through clear and effective communication
Monitor treatment acceptance and consultation conversion metrics
Conduct follow-up communication with pending treatment patients
Ensure accurate documentation of treatment plans, financial agreements, and patient communications
Assist with complex financial discussions and treatment-related inquiries
Work closely with providers to support treatment start and production objectives

Office Management

Oversee daily administrative operations and front office functions
Manage scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and office processes
Supervise and support administrative team members
Maintain consistency in office procedures and patient communication standards
Address patient concerns and assist with conflict resolution when necessary
Review reports and operational metrics to support practice performance
Ensure compliance with office policies and established procedures

Financial Oversight

Monitor collections, financial arrangements, and accounts receivable processes
Ensure accurate insurance verification and benefit communication
Maintain oversight of financial documentation and patient payment agreements
Support achievement of practice production and collection goals

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of orthodontic treatment coordinating experience or previous orthodontic office management experience preferred
Demonstrated success presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
Strong understanding of orthodontic insurance benefits and financing programs
Experience tracking consultation activity, treatment acceptance, and practice performance metrics
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a clinical environment
Experience with orthodontic practice management software preferred

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
