We’ve started that transformation on with our general dentistry side - shifting our focus toward quality care and sustainable scheduling. Our ortho department is growing, and now we’re looking for the right assistant to help take it to the next level. While we’re still in-network with Delta Dental for ortho, we run a respectful, well-supported program that values teamwork, balance, and patient trust.
Position: Orthodontic Assistant
Preferred Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Chairside assisting for wire changes, adjustments, impressions, iTero scans and more
- Keep ops clean, organized and moving efficiently
- Support sterilization and patient flow so we stay on schedule
- Collaborate with a well-established ortho team that values your input
- Help us deliver excellent patient care with minimal stress
What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ year of orthodontic assisting experience preferred
- Active DA or RDA license with X-ray certification
- A proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Strong communication and a calm, team-first attitude
- A desire to grow with a department that’s on the rise
