Our general dental practice is seeking an office manager who is organized, dependable, compassionate, and wise. This role is essential to providing excellent care for our patients and to fostering a positive and healthy work environment for our staff. It involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least some training and experience with office management in a healthcare setting.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the dental office team, including reception, clinical support, and administrative staff
Manage budgeting, billing, coding, and reporting to ensure profitability and efficiency
Oversee patient and staff scheduling
Plan and conduct staff meetings
Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare and workplace regulations
Supervise hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
Delegate maintenance and repair of facilities
Organize and plan professional development opportunities

Skills

Experience in medical office management within a dental or healthcare setting
Proficiency with Eaglesoft
Skill and experience with budgeting, financial management, and billing practices
Supervising experience with an ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in conflict management

Pay: $45,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
