Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. This role requires proficiency in a variety of dental procedures and a commitment to patient education and preventive care. Hours would be Mon-Thurs 8am -4pm but can be flexible. Possible partnership opportunity in the future!
Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Conduct various dental procedures such as root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive care measures.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Experience with medical imaging technologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with infection control procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing patient records and treatment plans.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
