Our office is in search of a friendly, detail-oriented person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dental setting and possess excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Bonus based on performance
Responsibilities:- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental office systems such as Softdent- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns- Treatment plan coordination Help formulate an accurate cost estimate for the required treatment and present it to the patients effectively and close the treatment plan- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system- Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow- Collect and process payments for services rendered- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Requirements:- Previous experience working as a dental receptionist role preferred Minimum of 2 years experience- Strong administrative and organizational skills- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Proficiency in using dental office systems such as Softdent- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
- Be knowledgeable with iTero scanning and x ray certified
