Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.

Collaborate with providers to coordinate and implement treatment plans.

Accurately manage fees and insurance benefits for patients.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of insurance plans (preferred).

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Support billing and insurance claims processing.

Clearly communicate treatment options and financial details to patients.

Provide outstanding customer service, handling patient inquiries with professionalism.

Utilize Dentrix software to perform administrative and scheduling tasks.

Manage front desk operations, including phone systems and appointment coordination.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a dental office environment.

Proficiency with Dentrix software is required.

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of dental administrative processes and HIPAA compliance.

Ability to efficiently manage front desk responsibilities.

High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.

Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is required.

Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
