Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our dental office. This role requires proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and maintaining electronic Dental records. A background in dental or medical office settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in process efficiently.
Schedule and confirm appointments using Softdent software.
Answer phone, respond to emails ,check in and check out patients
Process patient information and verify insurance details as needed
Coordinate dental benefits ,present treatment plan and schedule patients
Be knowledgeable to answer patient questions and to ask for help if needed
Collect payments
Process patient information and verify insurance details as needed.
X ray certification and knowledge of assisting a plus
Ensure a clean and welcoming front desk area for patients.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office
Familiarity with Dental software
Knowledge of Dental terminology and ADA codes
Strong administrative experience with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.81 - $28.00 per hour
