Summary
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team at the Flint Dental Associate. In this role, you will provide a wide range of dental treatments and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Administer appropriate treatments, including general dentistry procedures and extractions.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures.
- Experience with endodontics and general dentistry preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
