Our office is looking for a Dental Office Manager to join our talented team. If you are upbeat and are looking to work in a high volume dental office with great culture and work-life balance, then this is the job for you!

Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner.
Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis.
Calculate fees for dental treatment.
Coordinate financial agreements for the patient's financial responsibility for dental treatment
Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.
Assist with other office duties as requested or needed.
Preferred but not Required:
We hire based on positive attitude
Prior experience in patient scheduling.
Experience in Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend preferred.
Highly effective verbal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills
Professionalism in all aspects of the job
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Spanish preferred but not required.

Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
