You must be able to EFFECTIVELY run and manage all aspects of the business, patients, and team. We require individuals to be highly self motivated with a strong desire to succeed. We are looking for a highly personable, patient orientated individual with strong organization skills. You must have a proven track record of running a successful high producing dental practice.

Objectives & Responsibilities
EFFECTIVELY run and manage all aspects of the business, patients, and team
Maximizing productivity and collections
Keep the office schedule filled with patients with the proper structure taught in training
Demonstrate effective problem solving
Treatment planning, presenting and financing for patients
Hiring and training new staff members
Holding team accountable for daily and weekly tasks
Assisting with running team meetings and trainings
Researching, organizing, and presenting the morning huddles
Writing staff members up when they fail to perform
Customer service
Effectively coordinating day to day operations

Compensation will include a combination of High Base Pay and bonuses.
