As an Oral Surgery Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our skilled surgeons while providing exceptional patient care during surgeries, consultations, and follow-up visits. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the oral surgeons during various surgical procedures, including extractions, implants, and other oral and maxillofacial surgeries.
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments.
- Provide comfort and support to patients before, during, and after surgeries.
- Take and process X-rays, as required.
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist with patient intake and ensure all necessary medical history is reviewed.
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain organized patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:
- Current certification as a paramedic or relevant medical certification (EMT, LPN, etc.).
- Experience in emergency medical care and patient management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and comfort.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to a clinical setting with the ability to perform hands-on patient care in a calm, compassionate manner.
- No prior oral surgery experience required – training will be provided.
