Position: Full-Time Receptionist
Location: Monroe
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:30pm (Hours will be discussed in further detail at the time of interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage patient records efficiently
Handle check-ins and check-outs seamlessly
Answer multiple phone lines with grace and efficiency
Process over-the-counter payments accurately
Assist with scheduling to meet set goals
Fluency in multiple languages is a significant advantage

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of dental office experience preferred *but willing to train the right candidate
Proficiency with basic computer applications
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Prior experience with Denticon software preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with dental insurance is a bonus
