Summary
We are seeking a Regional Manager, to work with our Senior Regional Manager, to oversee our multiple dental offices in the Los Angeles area. This role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence and delivering high-quality patient care while driving business growth and maintaining our strong brand reputation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple dental offices to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Lead and mentor office managers and staff to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including profit loss statements, to drive business growth.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to company protocols, regulatory requirements and best practices in dental care.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dental operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, and senior management.
- Experience in strategic planning and business development is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, company metrics and make data-driven decisions.
