The Role

We’re looking for an Insurance Verification Manager to lead and grow our insurance verification team. You’ll be responsible for making sure patient insurance benefits are verified accurately and efficiently by your team — helping practices deliver better care while keeping revenue on track. This is a leadership role for someone who knows the ins and outs of dental insurance and is ready to take ownership of a process that really matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading a team of insurance verifiers — hiring, training, supporting, and mentoring them
Making sure verifications are completed timely and accurately, across all practices
Communicating with front office teams, billing staff, and others to resolve insurance issues
Tracking key metrics and using data to guide performance and improvements
Jumping in to handle complex verifications when needed
Keeping up with insurance changes and educating your team as the landscape shifts
Finding ways to streamline the process and make it more efficient for everyone

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience in dental or medical insurance verification
At least 5 years of leadership or management experience
Solid understanding of dental insurance (PPOs, HMOs, Medicaid/Medicare, fee schedules, etc.)
Experience with dental practice software like Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft
Strong communication and people skills — you can lead with empathy and clarity
A process-minded thinker who can spot inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Someone who genuinely wants to build a great team and grow with us
