Position: Dental Hygienist
Join Dr. Tilley and a compassionate, dedicated team focused on delivering patient-centered care.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive oral health evaluations, including intra/extra-oral assessments, oral cancer screenings, and myofunctional disorder screenings
- Take radiographs and provide preventive cleanings (prophylaxis)
- Apply fluoride treatments, complete sealants, and perform scaling and root planing for periodontal patients
- Deliver personalized preventive and educational services
- Uphold all NC Dental Board guidelines for permitted functions
Administrative Responsibilities
- Accurately document patient care and maintain detailed records in Eaglesoft
- Support patients with basic insurance questions regarding in-network plans
- Assist with general administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly
What You Bring
- Experience with Eaglesoft or similar practice-management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- A heart for patient care and a commitment to teamwork
