Responsibilities

· Greet patients and create a warm, positive first impression

· Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient check-in/out

· Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with billing questions

· Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure an efficient daily workflow

· Maintain accurate patient records and support daily administrative tasks
