At Saint Johnsbury Dental Associates, every smile begins with exceptional service. We’re seeking a Patient Service Manager to lead our Administrative team, ensuring patients feel welcomed, supported, and valued from the moment they arrive.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate the administrative team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Work directly from Front Desk to greet patients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and keep patient flow efficient.
Oversee scheduling, rescheduling, and daily appointment coordination.
Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with office protocols.
Collaborate with clinical staff to create seamless patient experiences.
Immediately address administrative and clinical needs as they arise.
Follow leadership directives to align and drive practice goals.
Support general daily reporting, financial tasks, and office resource management.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in dental or medical office management preferred.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Leadership qualities that foster teamwork, accountability, and positivity.
Comfort with practice management software (or eagerness to learn).
