Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take and record patients' vital signs
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Take digital dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an expanded functions dental assistant general or ortho
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Proficiency in dental software such as Open Dental
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology for digital impressions (CAD)
- Ability to take accurate dental x-rays and perform intraoral photography
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
