Dental Regional Manager:
We are looking for a true hands on Regional Manager- a leader who knows how to drive performance, hold teams accountable, and get results, someone who will roll up their sleeves and assist their teams.
Requirements:
- Proven 5+ years experience in a regional manager or similar role, with a track record of helping your territory of dental practices meet and exceed financial goals as well as stay within budget
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with other regional managers, upper management, and office staff.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive results.
- A hands on Regional that has the ability to help & guide their teams to success
- Ability to travel as needed in your territory
