As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be essential in managing patient interactions and supporting the dental practice's administrative functions. Reporting to the office manager, you will utilize your core skills in medical office experience and patient service to ensure smooth front desk operations. Your premium skills in Dentrix and medical terminology will enhance patient care and streamline processes. Additionally, your relevant skills in customer service and multi-line phone systems will contribute to a welcoming environment, making you a vital part of our team dedicated to providing exceptional dental care.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix and other EHR systems.
Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with medical terminology and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Support office management tasks, including filing, phone management, and clerical duties.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline patient care processes.

Job Type: Full-time
