We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our Haverhill, MA team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing staff, and ensuring efficient and effective office procedures. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare administration and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. Must have Dental management experience.

- Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee scheduling and coordination of patient appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Manage office finances, including budgeting, billing, and collections
- Collaborate with medical providers to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure proper billing and reimbursement
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, managed care, and acute care practices
- Proven experience in office management or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in budgeting and fiscal management
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate staff members
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
