We are seeking a powerhouse Manager—a true Chief of Operations—to steer our state-of-the-art facility and lead a high-performance team in the heart of downtown Chicago.

You are a Dental Veteran: You have 4+ years of leadership experience and "speak" dental operations fluently (Dentrix Ascend expertise is a major plus).

Core Responsibilities

Operational Mastery: Oversee daily flow, staffing, and clinical coordination to ensure a seamless "white-glove" patient experience.
Financial Stewardship: Manage the practice’s financial health, including budgeting, insurance processing, and high-level billing strategy.
Strategic Leadership: Partner with our doctors to implement growth initiatives that keep us at the forefront of the Invisalign market.

Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 Base Salary + Performance Incentives
Target Annual Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000+
