This position is ideal for an experienced Dental Hygienist who is passionate about preventive care and patient education. This role is based in our Ocala, FL office as a part time job or Full Time if you are able to commute to our Macclenny office too.
Dental Hygienist Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficient in performing prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling & root planning, and coronal polishing
- Skilled in taking and interpreting intraoral radiographs
- Comfortable administering local anesthesia for hygiene procedures
- Strong patient-education skills: oral hygiene instruction, home-care plans
- Thorough understanding of OSHA, HIPAA and infection-control protocols
- Ability to manage your schedule efficiently and keep appointments on time
Dental Hygienist Qualifications:
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) from an accredited institution with an active FL license
- Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience as a Dental Hygienist
- BLS/CPR certification (current)
