Position Overview

This multifaceted role oversees front desk operations while managing insurance coordination and treatment planning. The ideal candidate is friendly, well-spoken, responsible, and able to communicate clearly with both patients and team members. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless patient experience through effective scheduling, insurance verification, and treatment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations and greet patients professionally
Answer incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently
Verify insurance coverage and eligibility
Assist with credentialing of doctors with insurance companies
Prepare, present, and follow up on treatment plans
Collect payments and manage billing communications
Coordinate patient flow and support administrative and clinical teams
Maintain an organized and patient-focused environment

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, kind, and responsible demeanor
Experience with dental insurance verification and treatment coordination preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Dental front desk or office management experience a plus
