Summary

We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Avenue Orthodontics. In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support. Your contributions will help foster a welcoming environment that enhances patient confidence and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient treatment plans and communicate effectively with patients about their options.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient flow within the office.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
Provide administrative support to the orthodontic team as needed.
Educate patients on treatment procedures, financial options, and insurance benefits.
Foster a positive experience for patients by addressing their concerns and answering questions.

Requirements

Experience in a medical or dental office setting (preferred but not required).
Direct-to-consumer consultative sales experience is a plus!
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to orthodontics (preferred but will train the right candidate)
Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient in administrative support functions, including scheduling and record-keeping.
