Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused team member to handle insurance verification and treatment planning coordination. This role is critical in helping patients understand their benefits and move forward with treatment confidently.
Responsibilities
- Verify dental insurance benefits (PPO plans primarily)
- Break down coverage and accurately estimate patient portions
- Present treatment plans and financial options to patients
- Coordinate with front desk and clinical team for case acceptance
- Follow up on pending treatments and unscheduled patients
- Submit pre-authorizations when needed
- Ensure accuracy of insurance information in practice software
