Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Office Manager / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong administrative and organizational skills, and have prior experience managing office operations in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendar management.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients professionally in both English and Spanish.
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and vendors.
- Handle correspondence, filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Maintain office supplies and support staff with administrative needs.
- Ensure efficient office procedures and organization.
- Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and external partners.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Must have previous experience as an Office Manager, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar office role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous team management experience is a plus.
- Front desk experience preferred.
