We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on Regional Manager to join Full Smile Management! The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about supporting clinic teams while driving consistency, efficiency, and exceptional patient experiences.
Our Regional Managers play a key role in the day-to-day success of multiple clinics by providing direct support to office teams and ensuring alignment with company standards. This position partners closely with the Director of Operations and leadership team to maintain high levels of performance across all assigned locations. Daily responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership, guidance, and day-to-day support to office managers, team leads, and clinic staff
- Maintaining a consistent on-site presence across assigned clinics to reinforce expectations, culture, and operational standards
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and leading the implementation of processes that enhance efficiency, productivity, and patient experience
- Supporting clinic teams in delivering consistent, high-quality care aligned with company policies and standards
- Partnering with leadership to monitor budgets and maintain financial accountability across locations
- Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
- Collaborating with clinic leadership to optimize scheduling, staffing levels, and patient flow
- Resolving operational and administrative challenges to ensure smooth daily clinic operations
- Participating in management meetings and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives
- Representing the organization professionally within the local dental community
- Traveling between clinics within the assigned region to provide hands-on support and leadership
Full-Time | Travel Required | Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- Previous leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare or dental environment
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, systems, and workflows
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous dental experience is beneficial
- Bilingual a plus
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry trends
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams while fostering a positive work environment
- Financial awareness with the ability to support budget management and operational goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related systems

Full Smile Management supports several locally owned dental entities throughout San Antonio and the West Texas region including, San Antonio Orthodontics in Potranco, Pleasanton, Oakwell, and Helotes, Boerne Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry, New Braunfels Braces, and Oral Surgery of Alamo Ranch.
