Responsibilities Include:

Welcoming patients and creating a warm first impression
Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule efficiently
Answering phones and assisting patients with professionalism and enthusiasm
Verifying insurance benefits and submitting insurance claims
Presenting financial arrangements and discussing payment options
Managing patient accounts and maintaining accurate records
Supporting treatment acceptance and patient communication
Helping maintain smooth daily operations for a busy dental practice
Working closely with doctors and team members to deliver excellent patient care

Qualifications:

2+ years of dental office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental terminology preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Dental insurance knowledge
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
