We are looking for a warm, caring, and personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our high-quality private general dental practice in Morgan Hill. Days are flexible.

ABOUT OUR OFFICE
Santa Teresa Dental is a patient-focused private practice with an emphasis on sedation, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. We also care for children; however, our hygienists treat patients ages 13 and older.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our hygienists use modern technology to provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care while supporting the doctor’s treatment plans. We value clinical excellence, patient comfort, and clear communication.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Required

Active California RDH license
Commitment to delivering gentle, high-quality periodontal care
Strong communication and patient education skills
Team-oriented, reliable, and professional

Preferred (but not required)

Soft tissue management experience (laser therapy a plus)
Familiarity with continuing care systems

Personal qualities we value
