We are a small, growing private dental practice with a fun, supportive team, and we are looking for an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator to help take us to the next level.
We are seeking someone who is confident presenting dental treatment, building relationships with patients, and helping patients understand the value of the care they need. The ideal candidate understands that treatment coordination is about more than simply reviewing a treatment plan—it requires excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and the ability to connect with patients.
We are also looking for someone who understands the importance of strategic scheduling. The right person will be comfortable looking at the schedule as a whole, understanding how different types of appointments fit together, and helping create a balanced, efficient day that supports excellent patient care and the continued growth of the practice. We believe there is a strategy to building a great schedule, and we are looking for someone who understands that the goal is not simply to fill open spaces, but to thoughtfully create a schedule that works well for patients, the clinical team, and the practice.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in dental treatment coordination, case presentation, or a similar dental role
- Is confident discussing comprehensive treatment plans and financial considerations
- Has a strong understanding of dental procedures and treatment sequencing
- Is skilled in strategic dental scheduling and understands how to create an efficient, balanced schedule
- Communicates clearly and comfortably with patients
- Is skilled at helping patients overcome barriers to treatment while maintaining a patient-centered approach
- Is highly organized and excellent at follow-up
- Takes ownership of their responsibilities and can work independently
- Is professional, personable, motivated, and confident

Compensation: Starting at $25/hour, DOE, with opportunities for growth.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm
