Wildcreek Dental in Sparks, Nevada is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly and dedicated team! This position has the opportunity for growth into management.
Location: Wildcreek Dental – Sparks, NV
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Present and explain treatment plans to patients with clarity and confidence
- Accurately process dental insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and billing
- Send patient statements and professionally follow up on overdue balances
- Manage and optimize a full, productive schedule — scheduling to goal is a must!
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 2+ years of experience as a dental Treatment Coordinator
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Understands dental insurance and has strong billing and follow-up skills
- Communicates clearly, positively, and professionally with patients and team members
- Can multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Has experience with dental software — we use Open Dental, but experience with it is not required (it’s easy to learn!)
- Great communication and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Interest in cross-training with the clinical team
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
- Cross-training experience or willingness to cross-train
