Full-Time - Pediatric & Orthodontic Dental Office

Are you a detail‑driven insurance and front desk pro who loves helping families, getting claims paid, and keeping the schedule running smoothly? Join our pediatric and orthodontic dental team in Northglenn and be the friendly, organized face that keeps both insurance and the front desk on point.

About the role

As our Insurance Billing & Front Desk Representative, you’ll split your time between insurance/billing tasks and front desk responsibilities. You’ll verify insurance, help get claims paid, communicate clearly with parents about finances, and support scheduling and check‑in/check‑out to keep each day flowing.

What you’ll do

Insurance & billing
Verify eligibility and detailed dental benefits before visits (annual max, frequencies, waiting periods, exclusions, downgrades).
Enter and update insurance plans and fee schedules in our software.
Submit clean claims with correct attachments and narratives, post EOBs/ERAs, and help work aging/AR to resolve unpaid or denied claims.
Front desk & scheduling
Greet and check in patients, update information, and collect copays and balances.
Help confirm appointments, reduce no‑shows, and protect high‑value time slots in the schedule.
Support check‑out: review treatment, schedule next visits, and explain financial expectations.
Patient communication & teamwork
Explain benefits and out‑of‑pocket costs to parents in clear, simple language.
Partner with assistants, doctors, and the rest of the front office to keep the day on time and stress‑free for families.

What we’re looking for

Experience
1–2+ years of dental or medical billing and front office experience (dental strongly preferred).
Experience with insurance verification, claims, and EOB posting is strongly preferred.
Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data entry.
Confident, kind communicator with patients, especially worried or confused parents.
Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a busy pediatric/ortho environment.
Language & tech
Spanish speaking strongly preferred.
Comfortable with dental practice management software and insurance/clearinghouse portals.

Why you’ll love working with us

Positive, kid‑focused culture where we have fun while taking great care of families.
Supportive doctors and leadership who value clear systems and great communication.
Competitive pay, benefits, and room to grow in our multi‑location pediatric and orthodontic group.
