Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
Oversee scheduling, patient intake, and appointment management to optimize clinic efficiency.
Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support in their roles.
Handle human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff members.
Maintain accurate financial records, including billing, collections, and budgeting for the practice.
Ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards relevant to dental practices.
Collaborate with dental professionals to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes.
Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Utilize eClinicalWorks software for managing patient records and office operations.

Skills

Proven experience in medical administrative support within a clinic or hospital setting.
Strong knowledge of financial management practices specific to a dental clinic.
Familiarity with human resources processes including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Ability to manage fiscal responsibilities effectively while ensuring quality patient care.
Experience working in a dental clinic or critical care environment is preferred.
Proficient in using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff alike.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
