We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and be proficient in various office tasks, including scheduling and billing supported by our front desk staff. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, facilitating communication and organization within the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling with support from front desk staff
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate insurance verifications and pre-authorizations, with support from front desk staff
- Present treatment plans and payment options in a professional, easy-to-understand manner
- Track payroll and staff schedules accurately
- Maintain detailed records and office systems
- Communicate clearly with both patients and the clinical team
- Address patient concerns with empathy and discretion
Skills
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Experience with insurance verifications preferred
- Experience in a dental practice preferred.
- Knowledge of Dentrix, Eaglesoft or other dental practice software preferred.
