Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our dental practice. This individual will ensure the smooth operation of the office, manage the front desk and clinical team, oversee scheduling, billing, patient relations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The Dental Office Manager will also work closely with the practice owner or dentist to improve office processes and drive overall patient satisfaction. A successful Office manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, and shopping
Schedule meetings and appointments
Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
Organize office operations and procedures
Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
Manage office General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Provide general support to visitors
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements)

Skills Required:

1 year of Experience as a Dental Office Manager.
1 year of Dental Experience.
Dental Front Desk Experience.
Microsoft Experience
Bilingual.
Any Dental Software Experience
Customer Services Experience.
CPR Certification.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Must have Management Skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Patient communication: Scheduling patients, responding to calls, and working on the schedule.
