Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management, particularly in a clinic or dental office setting. This role requires effective fiscal and office management abilities, ensuring compliance with JCAHO standards and HIPAA regulations while delivering exceptional service to our patients.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations of the home, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with JCAHO standards and HIPAA regulations to maintain high-quality care and patient confidentiality.
Coordinate office management tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining inventory of supplies.
Implement practice management strategies that enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.
Supervise staff performance, providing training and support to foster a positive work environment.

Experience

Proven experience in healthcare management or a related field is essential.
Familiarity with managed care systems and practices is preferred.
Strong knowledge of fiscal management principles within a healthcare setting is required.
Experience in office management within a clinic or dental office environment is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
