Dental Practice Manager

We are seeking experienced Dental Practice Managers at our thriving dental practices in Massachusetts as we continue to provide high quality care to our amazing patients.

This is a perfect position for proven leaders with 2+ years of experience managing a Dental Practice.

Responsibilities:

Strive to provide a superior patient experience
Support patients within presenting treatment plans
Educates the patient regarding insurance benefits and affordable payment options including third-party patient financing
Scheduling to patient clinical needs
Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries
Collect and post payments and record receipts.
Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing
Follows-up with the patient between visits for non scheduled, canceled, or missed appointments
Act with urgency to resolve any patient dissatisfaction
Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks

Qualifications:

2 years of prior proven Dental Office Management experience is a must!
Excellent verbal and written communication
Well versed in dental terminology and procedures
Maintains a positive, collaborative, and supportive disposition with team and patients
Understands and complies with HIPAA and HITECH Act of 2009
