With several locations serving our community, we are seeking a strong, organized, and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support continued growth across several offices.

Position Overview

The Oral Surgery Office Manager will manage and coordinate operations for multiple offices within a 10-mile area. This leadership role ensures smooth day-to-day functionality, consistent patient experience, team accountability, and strategic marketing support to drive practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily operations across multiple locations
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and healthcare regulations
Implement and maintain office systems, policies, and procedures
Monitor scheduling efficiency, case acceptance, and production goals

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff
Conduct performance reviews and foster team development
Oversee staff schedules as needed
Promote a positive, accountable, and patient-centered culture

Marketing & Growth

Assist in developing and executing local marketing initiatives
Build and maintain referral relationships with general dentists and specialists
Track new patient metrics and referral trends
Coordinate community outreach efforts and promotional campaigns
Oversee online presence, reviews, and reputation management

Patient Experience

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld
Address patient concerns professionally and promptly
Monitor patient flow and optimize front and back-office coordination

Qualifications

15+ years of dental office management experience (oral surgery preferred)
Multi-location management experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of dental practice management software
Experience with insurance verification, billing, and financial reporting
Marketing or referral relationship experience a plus
