Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Manager that can submit $1,000,000.00 in claims per month and post $500,000.00. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing operations, ensuring accuracy in payment posting, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the billing for 8 practices, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
Oversee the payment posting for 8 practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with practice policies.
Monitor billing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely collections of payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to billing practices and payment posting practices.

Experience:

Proven experience in a dental billing and payment posting role i.e Dental Office Manager, Dental Biller, Dental Insurance Coordinator, etc.
Strong understanding of dental billing software and financial reporting tools. Dentrix, Curve, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, SoftDent, iDent, etc.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
